چکیده
The development of strategies to adapt and mitigate the potential adverse consequences natural hazards requires support from risk assessment studies that quantify impacts hazardous events on our society. A comprehensive analysis commonly evaluates elements exposed hazard probabilistic scenarios their vulnerabilities. However, while significant advances have been made in direct losses, indirect are less frequently examined. This work assesses two hydrologic hazards, i.e., pluvial fluvial floods, an urban context a system perspective. It presents methodology estimate services accessibility (SAR) considers roads connection between providers users city. feasibility proposed approach is illustrated by application pilot study Monza city (northern Italy) considering flood with different return periods. results terms social economic analyzed features age, disability, sectors.

Urban pluvial flood risk assessment based on scenario simulation
In this study, urban pluvial flood risk is studied in an actual study area using scenario simulation method based on hydrodynamics. Real weather data and GIS (Geographic Information System) data are adopted to make the results reliable. A region in Haidian District of Beijing is selected as the study area. All the rainfall scenarios (about 200 scenarios) during an 8-year period (from January 1,...

Viable Legionella pneumophila bacteria were isolated by amoebal coculture from pluvial floods after intense rainfall and from water collected at sewage treatment plants. Several isolated L. pneumophila strains belonged to sequence types that have been previously identified in patients.
متن کاملAn analysis of the combined consequences of pluvial and fluvial flooding.
Intense rainfall in urban areas often generates both pluvial flooding due to the limited capacity of drainage systems, as well as fluvial flooding caused by deluges from river channels. The concurrence of pluvial and fluvial flooding can aggravate their (individual) potential damages. To analyse the impact caused by individual and composite type of flooding, the SIPSON/UIM model, an integrated ...
